What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Items ship out within 5-10 days. If you need faster shipping be sure to indicate on your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Only our Classic products are available for international sales.

Are your products free of…?

Our products are free of: gluten, fillers, artificial colors, preservatives, GMOs. All Western herbs are certified organic and our Eastern herbs when not available as certified organic are grown by vetted farmers who use good farming practices. We do 3rd party testing for heavy metals, pesticides and all appropriate labs for our herbs.

ALLERGEN NOTICE: Our products are bottled in FDA regulated facilities that use various Chinese and Western Nuts (Black Walnut) in the facility. While not run on the same equipment, there is the potential of crossover as they are in the same facility. Good manufacturing procedures in place. For more information please contact us.

why do YOU use alcohol as a base?

Mayanaïya follows traditional tincture formulations which uses alcohol as a base to preserve the formulas from growing molds and spoiling. If you do not wish to ingest the alcohol, simply add your dose to hot water and it will evaporate it.

Return policy

If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns need to be processed within it has to be within 20 days of receipt, if it's past the 20th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order. We are not able to refund you the shipping charges as that is a cost we have to fulfill on our end as well.
